Funded by several medical associations, Suffolk Medical Home helps children with special health care needs and their families to obtain the legal and medical benefits they are entitled to. Amorphys Design helped Suffolk build the community with the help of a small friendly website. The site is clean, easy to understand and easy to update because of the integrated CMS.
