The Amorphys Sapient is a Project Management Application with endless uses in any type of company. It allows a list of “administrators” to control and monitor the various projects a company might be working on.

The main advantage of using a project management application is that it can easily bring structure to an office. Things never get forgotten, one can structure it’s workload to achieve maximum efficiency.

The advantage of using our Sapient is the ease of use. We have taken our web development expertise and created an application that is enjoyable from the graphical point of view and ergonomically close to perfection. There are many project management applications out there. Our purpose is to do what they do with the same accuracy and add the comfort and ergonomics a tool needs to enrich the experience of the user.

The application is based on web technologies, which are easy and cheap to maintain and implement, it allows for secure outside access and can be used even by some of the slowest and oldest computers.

The application can be accessed on various levels:
Administrator
That allows the user to see all of the information entered in the application.

Employee
That allows an employee to access its projects, tasks and limits its access and functions.

Client
That allows an outside user to access information on its projects, additional information and allows him a limited functionality.

The application has the following important functionality:
Links
That allows a user to add links to pages on the first page of Sapient.

Infos
Stores important information about projects or clients, usually passwords, etc.

Projects
Project management tools, the most important part of the application. The ability to define projects for clients and add tasks to them, monitor the completion of these tasks, etc.

Messages
Message functionality between the users of the application, allowing them to discuss on various subjects, reply to messages, etc. (more useful than e-mails because everything is order per project, never gets deleted, etc.

Contacts
Allows the company users to add and access contact information on companies or individuals, define actions for them, etc.

Users
Defines the users of the application, administrators, employees or clients.
