That allows the user to see all of the information entered in the application.

That allows an employee to access its projects, tasks and limits its access and functions.

That allows an outside user to access information on its projects, additional information and allows him a limited functionality.

That allows a user to add links to pages on the first page of Sapient.
Infos
Stores important information about projects or clients, usually passwords, etc.
Projects
Project management tools, the most important part of the application. The ability to define projects for clients and add tasks to them, monitor the completion of these tasks, etc.
Messages
Message functionality between the users of the application, allowing them to discuss on various subjects, reply to messages, etc. (more useful than e-mails because everything is order per project, never gets deleted, etc.
Contacts
Allows the company users to add and access contact information on companies or individuals, define actions for them, etc.
Users
Defines the users of the application, administrators, employees or clients.
