FUNCTIONALITY

The 3 modules of the application can be located on as many servers as long as the connection to the database server is satisfactory.

The cards administration module
There are 2 access levels in this section; these can be easily configured to the administrator’s needs. It allows the administrator to have coworkers do maintenance work on the database without giving them full access rights.

Packages
It allows the administrator to View, Edit, Print, Delete and Reassign cards packages. Split on several pages, it also shows the name of the card and the initial of the person who created or generated them.

Insert Packages
It allows the user to select the type of package he wants and then input the cards in packages by hand. The cards are verified when submitted.

Agents
Displays the agents distributing and selling the cards, the administrator can see View, Edit, Delete them, see a sales statistics and the number of packages allocated to them.

Stores
This section lists and prints the stores agents have sold packages to. The administrator can Edit, Delete or View details for the store as well as for the agent.

List Stores
Lists the stores in a printer friendly format.

Active Cards
Displays the cards that have been activated by visitors, the serial, the type, the activation and expiration dates, the package it belongs to and the agent that distributed it.

Packages Requested
Displays the packages that have been requested by agents, the agent that request it and the status of the package.

Generate Cards
The administrator can select the type of cards they want to generate, the number and the part of the site it will have access to.

Generate Packages
Allows the administrator to select the type and number of cards to include in a package and generate it. This section uses the generated cards from the previous section.

Export Packages
Exports packages in MS Excel format to send to the card manufacturer.

(De)Activate Cards
Activates or deactivates cards. If a card is deactivated it will not be usable.

(De)Activate Packs
Activates or deactivates packs. If a pack is deactivated the cards it contains will not be usable.

Search
The administrators can search for Cards, PINs, Packs or Stores

Show blocked IP
Shows the IPs blocked by the Site Access Module. (if a user from the same IP tries for more than 3 time to access the site unsuccessfully, it will be blocked. This section also gives the administrator the ability to delete a blocked IP.

Add IP
Adds an IP to the blocked IP list.

The Agents Section
This section will allow persons to apply for an agent / reseller account, manage their information, request packs, see statistics about the packs, add stores, etc…

Active Cards
Displays the active cards and information about them, such as the begin and end date.

Request Packages
Allows the agent to request packs from the administrator.

Status of Requested Packages
Allows the agent to see the status of the requested packs.

Show Packages
Shows the packages he has distributed to, changes the store and the status.

Show Stores
Shows the list of stores it has distributed to.

Add Store
Add a new store to the distribution list.

The site access module
This section is implemented in the existing site and allows the users to login and see the information according to their access rights.
