Point & Plan is a tool that allows hotel event managers or event management companies to create scale accurate schematics for event rooms.

The program contains a number of client based resources:

Rooms
Spaces where regular events are taking place.

Objects
Various objects that can be placed in these rooms, from tables and chairs to
dance floors, podiums, projectors, etc.

Templates
Users can create any number of templates for different rooms that they can
use, reuse, share, etc.

Any number of users can use these resources, move objects, measure, set-up events with a variety of tools the program has. After this they can print the rooms and object description, save them for later use, etc.

The program licensing is client based. Since only we can add, modify rooms and objects, we can distribute this to the client and he can use as many copies as he whishes.
