SECURITY

There are several measures of security that we have taken:

Application testing:
We have tested the application thoroughly to make sure that there are no bugs in the application.

HTTPS:
The application can be configured to access certain directories by SSL with a security certificate.

Password protection:
The application can only be accessed with a valid password that is stored hashed in the database.

Source code encryption:
The source code is encrypted with IonCube (www.ioncube.com).

License management:
The application runs a simple license management system. Once a day, the program verifies that it has the right to run from that IP and with those hardware identification keys. If the program doesn't connect to the license servers (2 redundant servers) for 5 days it is disabled (no information is lost).

The clients have the possibility to change the server it runs on automatically and can get an extension. This measure is targeted at not letting users copy and run the application from other servers, with or without the approval of our client.
