On the first page the user sees the actions he has for the day, with detailed information about the contacts and the action. He can print this easily and use the printed version as a checklist. However, at the end of the day or at after each action has been completed he has to comment on the action.
Actions that have been set in the past that haven’t been completed are also displayed.
The contacts are organized by companies; each company has a set of information, as well as contacts, the contacts have more information that can me introduced, such as contact numbers, address, sex, whether it is a decision maker or it is mail-able (to be mailed)
The information can be searched by listings or search keywords.
Contacts – Search
Allows the user to search for contacts by any combination of Name, Surname, Phone, E-mail. The search results are split on pages and listed according to the search relevance.
Contacts – Alphabetical
The users can list the contacts alphabetically, on the first page he can see the latest 50 contacts added and then list them alphabetically by name, this list is also divided into page (the number of contacts per page can be defined by the user).
Contacts – Add
A contact person can be added by selecting the company the contact works for. Here the alphabetical list of companies is displayed and the user can add a contact person.
When displaying a contact the user can also add actions, see the comments from these users on the actions that have already taken place.
The contacts can be edited, of course.
Companies – Search
The user can search companies by “Name”, “Phone” and “URL”. The search results are displayed on pages according to the importance.
Companies – Alphabetical
The alphabetical list of companies functions in the same way as the contacts alphabetical list.
Companies – Add
The users can add a company, with the details.
When displaying details about a company the user sees also the contacts associated with this company and add another contact.
Reports – Index
Displays the today’s actions for the current user
Reports – Daily
Allows the user to export the actions for all of the users or only one of the user.
Reports – Excel Export
Allows the user to export the complete list of contacts and companies in MS Excel
Reports – Mailing
Allows the user to print the label pages, he selects the type of labels to print and which pages are to be generated.
Admin – List
List the users to the application, the current user can also edit or delete them.
Admin – Add
Allows the user to add a new user to the application.
